CAPID’s governing bodies

The members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board were elected by secret ballot at the constitutive General Assembly, in accordance with the cooperative’s articles of association and internal rules.

Board of Directors (Conseil d’administration)

It runs the cooperative and implements the decisions of the General Assembly. Its members serve on a voluntary basis.
